I teach 5th and am using Behavior Bingo except I am calling it (my last name) BINGO because I am using it for more than just behavior. Someone posted this cute board on PT!
When caught doing well, getting a compliment, whole class doing homework, etc. you pull a number from a cup and mark on BINGO board. When class gets 10 in a row, they get some type of reward - game day, extra recess, etc.

Bingo board is saved to your desktop!
