Santa Says is played just like Simon Says, but with a holiday twist. The teacher playing the role of Simon, wears a Santa hat and possibly a Santa beard as well. Children must follow any directions that start with the phrase "Santa Says." If a student fails to follow a phrase that starts with "Santa Says" or follows one that does not start with "Santa Says," that student is eliminated from the game. The last student in the game wins a prize.
